Fully Customizable Stickers, for Any and Every Design

Looking for a professional printer that can assure quality results for your small to large sticker printing orders? Amxon Media lets you upload your own artwork. Choose the size, shape, color, and coating to best suit your design.

Here are some of the features you can customize for your sticker design:

Choose Between 3 Sticker Formats

Order small to large quantity orders in these handy, easy-to-apply formats:

  • Cut-to-size or individually cut stickers suitable for manual application or handing out as promotional giveaways.
  • Roll stickers fit in a label gun for fast and easy application on several bulk quantities of product packaging.
  • Sticker sheets let you peel off individual shapes printed on a page. Choose from 4, 6, 10, 12 to 30 stickers per sheet. Perfect for manual application on products for specific quantities.

Variety of Shapes and Sizes

The available shapes depend on your choice of cut-to-size or roll stickers:

  • Square, rectangle, circle, oval, arch, hexagon, heart, and starburst shapes are offered for cut-to-size stickers.
  • rectangle, square, circle, and oval are available for the roll format. If your design is in a form outside of these shapes, custom sticker printing is also available.

Waterproof Materials

You’ll need waterproof materials for stickers placed on products such as water bottles, wine, and other refrigerated items:

  • White Vinyl is waterproof and UV-coated, perfect for indoor and outdoor use. Normally used for bumper stickers.
  • BOPP (bi-axially oriented polypropylene) comes in three types: white, silver metallic, and clear. The white and silver metallic are tearproof and waterproof. Clear BOPP is waterproof, tearproof, and oil resistant.

Special Printing Applications

Need to elevate your custom stickers with a metallic finish, transparent background, or bright-colored design for kids? Select any of these options to complete a unique look:

  • Metallic stickers – Add a beautiful metallic shimmer on any color.
  • Clear stickers – Print your logo or company name on a transparent background.
  • Clear stickers – Customize bright color designs for products that target a young, vibrant market.

Other Customizable Features

Add rounded corners for a smoother square or rectangle-shaped sticker.

Bundle up large quantity orders to organize them into sets of 50 for inventory and counting purposes.

Fast Printing Times

Print your custom stickers in 1 business day for urgent orders. Note that your artwork needs to be print-ready and approved before it proceeds with production. Keep in mind these guidelines to ensure your file is ready to hit the printer:

  • Set the image file to CMYK color mode.
  • Design with the bleed, trim line, and safe zone in mind.
  • Save the file in the accepted formats, such as JPG, PDF, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Publisher.

Sticker Printing FAQ

Yes, you can print stickers on the following waterproof materials:

  • 4 mil. white vinyl high gloss (UV)
  • White, clear, and silver metallic BOPP

In printing, die cut refers to a razor-sharp, thin steel blade that is made in to a specific pattern much like a cookie cutter. This sharp blade cuts the cardstock, sticker or label in to a specific shape.

Amxon offers quality cutting and creasing services at very competitive prices. Our professionals and state-of-the-art equipment will give your products a unique and fully customizable shape, designed and printed according to your needs and requirements.

Whether you want a business card with rounded corners, a somewhat geometric brochure or a more complex ornament that will be stitched into a large piece – we will do it all for you! Our cutting machines are flexible and can produce even the most unusual and complex shapes you can imagine.

UV stickers

Our UV stickers feature special UV resistant lamination, which is available on both our Glossy Die Cut Stickers and our Kiss Cut Stickers and will help protect your stickers from the elements, such as the sun, wind, and rain. This lamination gives your stickers a glossy appearance and is perfectly clear.

Vinyl Stickers

When these stickers are placed to a surface, they will seem virtually transparent due to the durability and weather resistance of the substance. You may put a layer of white ink behind your designs on all of our clear sticker materials to increase the opacity of your artwork when your clear stickers are placed on colored surfaces.

Polyester, clear

Polyester is a very durable synthetic film that is mainly utilized for outdoor applications in harsh environments. It resists moisture as well as most oils and solvents, making it a long-lasting choice for industrial applications.

Polypropylene (clear or white)

Almost all of the bespoke stickers we create are printed on this thin, but sturdy film. This material, which is approximately 2.6 mil thick, is available in white or transparent, depending on your requirements. On white or transparent polypropylene, we print Die Cut, Kiss Cut, and all of our labels.

Vinyl Static Cling

This thin vinyl, which is used for Static Cling Decals, contains a static charge that allows it to cling to a smooth, non-porous surface like glass or plastic. Because this material adheres to the surface using natural static cling rather than adhesive, it may be removed or relocated without leaving any trace.

Back printing is available on our transparent vinyl for front face clings that may be utilized on the inside of a window or glass surface, and static cling vinyl is available in white or clear.

Even under harsh weather conditions like rain and sun, vinyl stickers may endure up to 8 years. They won’t break or fade in various weather conditions, and the colors won’t fade, making them ideal for use on windscreens, windows, vehicles, and vans. If you use your sticker inside, such as on a laptop, refrigerator, or mirror, it will likely survive far longer than 8 years.

Just remember to keep one thing in mind: anything you use to put your vinyl sticker must be as dirt-free as possible. This dirt may be dust, sand, soil, grease, salt, or something else entirely – whatever it is, it will either prevent your sticker from adhering right away or cause it to begin peeling away from the surface much sooner than it should. If you clean the surface well, the sticker will last a long time.

If you’ve had a negative experience with vinyl stickers previously, it’s most likely because the surface wasn’t clean OR you were sold a sticker made of cheap vinyl, as stated above. Metamark (which we use at Amxon), 3M, and Avery are all trusted vinyl companies.

The kind of material used and the ink used are the two most important variables in the lifetime of a sticker. The most popular base material for outdoor stickers is vinyl. The material is designed to withstand continuous exposure to the weather for many years. Some vinyl materials may even endure for seven to ten years! For transportation decals such as boats, trucks, and RV designs, this is critical. Vinyl is the most frequently utilized material because of its ability to adapt to a variety of curved or rounded surfaces. Vinyl’s flexibility is unparalleled!

Another popular outdoor sticker material is polyester. This material is ideal for high-temperature applications such as under the hood, as well as heavy-duty machinery such as tractors and lawnmowers. Polyester offers a longer outdoor life than vinyl and is also more environmentally friendly!

Quality of Ink

Inks for printing stickers come in a variety of colors and kinds. Amxon utilizes UV inks, which are very durable and resistant to sun fading. The quantity of pigment in each kind of ink determines how long stickers will remain before they fade. Printers that utilize solvent-based inks have a disadvantage since the majority of the ingredients in these inks must evaporate in order for the ink to dry. When UV inks are subjected to UV light, they cure and maintain their structure; nothing evaporates, thus the ink remains strong.

Quality of the Materials

We can print on a variety of materials, including chrome, vinyl, and anything in between. The material on which your sticker is printed has a significant impact on how long it will survive. When exposed to the environment, paper stickers will collect moisture and peel off. If you want your sticker to last, think about how long you want it to last before choosing on the material to use.

The Printing Methodology

To print your stickers, we employ screen printing, flexographic printing, and digital printing. UV inks are used in all three of our printing processes. Each method uses various ink thicknesses, which results in varied colorfastness times. The ink will be more resistant to fading if the ink deposit is thicker. Flexographic printing puts down an extremely thin layer of ink, allowing for higher line screens and better print quality. Screen printing uses the most ink and lasts the longest, whereas digital printing is halfway between the two in terms of picture quality and sticker durability.
